For the reservation please fill out the form!
If the accommodation is available in the desired period, we will send an invoice for the advance payment (100%).

If the total rental price is received within 5 days to our account, the reservation is confirmed by us binding.


Cancellation costs
Cancellations are only possible in writing, by email or letter.
The cancellation of a confirmed reservation always costs 10 €.
In case of cancellation 4- 2 weeks before the booked arrival date we keep 50% of the total price.
In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the booked arrival date or in case of no-show on the arrival date, we keep the total price of the reservation.
