The large and small  tents were best put up in the forest and on the banks of

the river Weser, who wanders through the valley.

These places are car-free and dog-free.
You have to transport your luggage  by wheelbarrow from the parking  in front of the reception.

There are only a few power connections in the forest, please book well in advance.
It is technically not possible to reserve particular pitches in the forest.
As there are many tree roots and stones in the forest, remember to bring solid tent pegs!
And of course: a flashlight!

Nobody is forced pitch camp in the forest - as an alternative you can put your tent on the normal part of the campsite, next to the caravans and campervans.

Advantage: there is enough power connection and luggage can be transported by car.
